Where can I find the link/survey ID (identification)

ID, touchpoint, identification, link, URL

In order to find the survey ID the survey must be published in at least one touchpoint.

For Links/QR-codes

  1. Select the link that the survey is active in
    ​

2. You will find the survey ID/link in the top right

For Feedbackly Terminals

In the Dashboard:

  1. Click "Collect" and select "Surveys" then select a survey

  2. Publish the survey to a Feedbackly Terminal (read more on publishing surveys here)

  3. After confirming the survey publication you will be in the "Launch" tab, check the navigation bar in your browser. The survey ID is marked in blue in the picture below.
