First check that you have the right touchpoint selected and refresh your browser. If the survey results still doesn’t show then the device might have trouble connecting to the internet.
Observe that the iPad app will continue to collect and save feedback in the iPad's memory and the next time the iPad is connected to the internet the collected feedback will be uploaded to the Dashboard.
If using a Feedbackly terminal use a paperclip to get back to the iPad homescreen.
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before. Note: if you are using a mobile connection then WiFi setting should be set to "off".
In some cases the iPad is trying to connect to WiFi but only displaying "not connected", in these cases the collected feedback is not being sent to the Feedbackly Dashboard.
If the device is locked in the Feedbackly survey app and you can’t get back to the homescreen, then disconnect the device from the power source and let the battery drain completely. When the device is completely drained then plug the device back into the power source.
Wait for it to charge (it can take up to an hour before the iPad can be used again). When the device has charged itself enough then it will turn on. When the Feedbackly survey application opens, try giving feedback and check in about 5 minutes that the Dashboard is displaying the feedback.
