Where can I find and edit GDPR/privacy Policy?

If you process the personal data of EU citizens or residents, or you offer goods or services to such people, then the GDPR applies to you even if you’re not in the EU. Read more about the GDPR here.

If you wish to make changes to the GDPR policy then follow these steps to add your own privacy policy to the surveys:

  1. Log in to the Feedbackly Dashboard

  2. Click "Settings"

  3. Click "Privacy policy"

  4. If prompted, choose the language you want the privacy policy to be show in

  5. Edit the text and when done remember to click "Save Changes"

Note: Any changes you make will override the default Privacy Policy found in your organization settings and will be accessible in each survey.

You can have different privacy policies for each touchpoint. To edit the individual touchpoint privacy policy:

  1. Log in to the Feedbackly Dashboard

  2. Go to "Touchpoints"

  3. Select the touchpoint type you want to edit, for example "LINKS/QR-CODES"

  4. Click on the name of the touchpoint

  5. At the bottom click "Edit Privacy Policy"

  6. If prompted, choose the language you want the privacy policy to be show in

  7. Edit the text and when done remember to click "Save Changes"

You can view your organisation's current GDPR / privacy policy at the bottom of each Feedbackly survey.
