With our newest survey update, the survey will stay open for 4 hours after the first response. Sometimes you might want to allow the survey to be open for longer or make the time even shorter, so we've brought out a feature that allows you to edit the time yourself! Setting a timeframe for your survey might sometimes help to collect more relevant results.

To do this, select your touchpoint and click Edit response time settings.

Here you'll be able to either set a timeframe in hours for respondents to submit their answers, or set an expiration date for the survey(s) published in this particular touchpoint.

Remember to save your changes!
