My Smartbrush isn’t charging at all — what should I check first?

Make sure your Snap Charger is properly aligned (Feno logo facing inward), connected to a working outlet, and magnetically clicking into place. The attached photo is for reference. Currently, the snap charger works in a specific orientation.
