Subscription charges are only processed after the delivery of the toothbrush. If any unexpected charges appear, customers can request a refund by providing the receipt to our customer support at support@feno.co.
The delivery process requires FitKit scans to determine the appropriate mouthpiece size. To complete the scans, iPhone users can download the Feno App from the App Store here. After downloading, enter the order email address and follow the prompts to complete the scan.
