I didn’t receive the code after entering my email in the app. What should I do?

If you didn’t receive the OTP (one-time passcode), it’s possible that you’ve previously unsubscribed from Feno emails, which can prevent the code from being delivered.

But no worries — just email us at support@feno.co with the email address you used in the app. Our Support Team will check for any email blocks and help you get signed in smoothly.
