I’m connecting to the app but I’m stuck on the “Looking for Wi-Fi” page. What should I do?

Here’s a quick troubleshooting guide:

  1. Reset the device to refresh the connection.

  2. Uninstall and reinstall the Feno App on your phone.

  3. Make sure you’re in an area with a strong and stable internet connection, ideally close to your Wi-Fi router.

  4. Open the app and try setting up the device again.
