I’m connecting to the app but I’m stuck on the “Looking for Wi-Fi” page. What should I do?

Here’s a quick troubleshooting guide:

  1. Reset the device to refresh the connection. Click here to know how.

  2. Uninstall and reinstall the Feno App on your phone.

  3. Make sure you’re in an area with a strong and stable internet connection, ideally close to your Wi-Fi router.

  4. Check that Bluetooth permissions are enabled for the Feno App in your phone’s settings — this is essential for the connection to work properly.

  5. Open the app and try setting up the device again. We recommend connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5GHz) for the optimal connection.
