Reset the device to refresh the connection. Click here to know how.
Uninstall and reinstall the Feno App on your phone.
Make sure you’re in an area with a strong and stable internet connection, ideally close to your Wi-Fi router.
Check that Bluetooth permissions are enabled for the Feno App in your phone’s settings — this is essential for the connection to work properly.
Open the app and try setting up the device again. We recommend connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5GHz) for the optimal connection.
