FOR EXPERIENCE MAKERS

Updated over a month ago

As a solo Experience Maker offering multiple experiences, managing your schedule can be challenging. You want travelers to see all your available experiences, but you need to avoid being booked for two experiences at the same time. The "Link Experiences" Feature is there to solve this problem.

This Feature for You? If you have other guides or experience makers and are already offering all your experiences every day, the "Link Experiences" feature is not necessary for you.

How Linking Experiences Works

When the feature "link experiences" is activated for a set of schedules, if a new booking is made on one of the experiences, the system automatically removes the availability for the other linked schedules within that set that occur on the same day as the new booking.

  • All linked schedules/experiences in a set show as available to travelers when there are no bookings.

  • You can have more than one "set of links," but each schedule can only be linked once.

Benefits of Linking Experiences

  • Avoid Double Bookings: The system prevents you from being booked for two schedules at the same time.

  • Increase Visibility: All your schedules appear available to travelers until one is booked.

  • Save Time: No need to manually adjust availability after a booking comes in on our platform. You will still need to manually remove availability for your experiences if you get a booking from a different source outside of Fernwayer.
