At Fernwayer, we aim to make the process of offering your unique experiences as seamless and rewarding as possible. Here's a straightforward breakdown of our fee structure and how we ensure fair pricing:

  1. Fernwayer Service Fee (15%): Fernwayer will charge a service fee for the Experience Selling Service, equal to the 15% of the booking price. This fee funds services that directly benefit Travelers and Experience Makers: technology platform, curation, experience design support, marketing and customer service.

  2. Zero Listing Fees: Listing an experiences on Fernwayer is completely free. This allows Experience Makers to easily share your offerings with a global audience without any initial costs, encouraging a diverse range of unique and creative experiences.

  3. Seamless and Efficient Payment Processing (in partnership with Stripe): We've partnered with Stripe to manage payments, making the process worry-free for you. Stripe handles payment collection, accounting, and follow-ups efficiently. The fees are transparent: 3-4% for credit card payments, depending on the payer's country, with an additional payout fee of ~0.5%.

  4. Inclusive Pricing for Travelers: The price shown to travelers on our platform includes all fees and commission. This means there are no hidden extras for the traveler, they will be charged one flat, upfront price.
