How to delete just one Entry on an existing Schedule (if you have a scheduling conflict)

  1. Go to your Booking Calendar and select all your experiences.

  2. Click “View Calendar.”

  3. Navigate to the month with the scheduling conflict, select the dates, then hit “Apply.”

  4. If there are no bookings for that time, you can delete the entry.

  5. Click the three dots next to the entry and choose 'Delete Entry.' It’s as simple as that.

  6. If there are existing bookings, you must honor these and cannot delete the Entry.

  7. Make sure to keep your Booking Calendar updated for conflicts and changes on a regular basis (every 2-3 days).

Case Study: I have received an external booking for May 8. Here’s how to delete that date from my Fernwayer Calendar so that it doesn’t show up as available for bookings:

IF YOU WANT TO DELETE AN ENTIRE BLOCK OF DATES FROM YOUR CALENDAR

This is helpful if you will be on vacation and want to delete a whole block of dates. Follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account and access your booking calendar

  2. Select the experience, click the three dots next to it then click on 'Delete All Schedules.

  3. Pick the date range you want to delete. Confirm.

  4. All timeslots during the date range will be deleted.
