- Go to your Booking Calendar and select all your experiences. 
- Click “View Calendar.” 
- Navigate to the month with the scheduling conflict, select the dates, then hit “Apply.” 
- If there are no bookings for that time, you can delete the entry. 
- Click the three dots next to the entry and choose 'Delete Entry.' It’s as simple as that. 
- If there are existing bookings, you must honor these and cannot delete the Entry. 
- Make sure to keep your Booking Calendar updated for conflicts and changes on a regular basis (every 2-3 days). 
Case Study: I have received an external booking for May 8. Here’s how to delete that date from my Fernwayer Calendar so that it doesn’t show up as available for bookings:
IF YOU WANT TO DELETE AN ENTIRE BLOCK OF DATES FROM YOUR CALENDAR
This is helpful if you will be on vacation and want to delete a whole block of dates. Follow these steps:
- Login to your account and access your booking calendar 
- Select the experience, click the three dots next to it then click on 'Delete All Schedules. 
- Pick the date range you want to delete. Confirm. 
- All timeslots during the date range will be deleted.
