Digital with QR - Add to Apple Wallet: Color Coding
We’re thrilled to announce that we're making progress on enabling the "Add to Apple Wallet" functionality for our FEVO Inventory "Digital with QR" tickets. When our QR tickets are opened on an iOS device, users can add either a single ticket or all tickets to their Apple Wallet. This will give purchasers easier and faster access to FEVO Inventory tickets through the familiar and widely-used Apple Wallet features.
We have enabled support for displaying the Ticket Type Color in Apple Wallet. This means that both the QR and Apple Wallet tickets will now show the Ticket Type Color, making entry and wayfinding easier for the purchaser and the venue.
Please note that the "Add to Apple Wallet" feature is currently behind a feature flag, as we're conducting further testing to ensure it functions as expected. If you're interested in having it enabled or would like to provide feedback, please get in touch with your FEVO Success Rep.
Digital with QR - Apple Wallet - “Inventory / Ticket Type” Value Display
An enhancement has been released making a small update to our QR ticket view for events using event inventory will display both the inventory and ticket type names. For example, this ticket is a “GA” inventory name and “Adult” ticket type name.
Inventory, Reimagined Updates*
We continue to make incredible progress on redefining our Inventory selection initiative, featuring an upgraded Open Inventory experience that paves the way for more comprehensive features in the future. This release includes the following updates:
Onsale / Offsale by Inventory: Onsale/offsale settings can now be configured, allowing for offers with specific pricing to be automatically activated and deactivated at scheduled times. This feature eliminates the need for manual adjustments when transitioning to new pricing at a set date.
Updated Components: Adjusting our dropdown and selection interface components during inventory selection to provide a much better overall experience.
Attribute Icons: Adding icons to our inventories for a quick look at set attributes.
Inventory Summary View: Making updates to the Inventory Summary view that will display the current inventories as row-based cards, allowing for better customizability and future enhancements.
*Note: These updates will be available only to a limited number of organizations participating in our early rollout program.
