All Integrations

  1. Data Reporting Over 31 Days is Now Available
We are introducing a “Downloads” area in the Reports hub to improve the handling of large report requests. Users can continue to run and download reports for up to 31 days as usual. For requests spanning over 31 days, reports will be queued and accessible in the new Downloads area once completed. Additionally, users can now run reports for up to 365 days (one year).

    Key Features

    • Queued Report Requests: Large report requests will be placed into a queue for processing, allowing for smoother and more efficient handling.

    • 24-Hour Access: Once a report is ready, users will receive an email notification and can access their completed reports in the new “Downloads” area for 24 hours.

    • Seamless Integration: This enhancement integrates seamlessly into the existing Reports hub, providing a streamlined user experience

  2. Min / Max on Ticket / Price Types

Users can now configure minimum and maximum requirements at the ticket/buyer type level, making them optional. Buyers can proceed to checkout without selecting inventory that isn't required, but if they choose to select it, they must adhere to the specified minimum and maximum limits. This setting provides greater control and customization, improving the overall purchasing experience for buyers.

  3. Applying Discounts to Add Ons

Now, users can apply discounts selectively: only to the main inventory on an offer (current functionality), only to the add-ons (new), or to both the main inventory and add-ons for the offer (new). This flexibility allows users to tailor their discount strategies more effectively, enhancing customer satisfaction. To activate, you can set up a Custom discount type at the Order Level to apply.

  4. Inventory Management Updates

We are making great progress on an improved Open Inventory selection experience. This will allow us to introduce more comprehensive features in the future. If you are interested in learning more and participating in our early rollout and feedback collection, please contact your FEVO success rep.

  5. Merchandise Modal: Add to Order Button Update
We have updated the merchandise Add-On modal by making the “Add to Order” button sticky. This button will now remain fixed at the bottom of the modal, allowing users to access it at all times while the rest of the content remains scrollable. This enhancement improves usability and streamlines the process of adding items to the order.

  6. Post-Transaction Code Enhancements
We have introduced several updates to the Post-Transaction Code functionality:

    • Discount Setup (From Offer): Users can now create or update a Discount Code from the offer and select it as a Post Transaction type. This allows assignment as either the Initial or Redemption offer, offering greater flexibility in managing discounts.

    • Inventory-Specific Codes: Users can now select specific inventory on both the initial offer and redemption offer in order to identify what tickets will generate codes upon purchase, and what tickets can be redeemed with those codes.

    • Generic Codes for Post Purchase Discounts: The UI has been updated to include an option for Generic Codes when selecting Post Purchase as the discount type. This provides additional customization for post-purchase discount management.

Paciolan

  1. Create Bundles with Open Inventory!
We are thrilled to announce a brand new functionality for all PAC organizations that allows users to create bundles from Open Inventory offers for PAC. With this update, users can now:

    • Bundle from Open Inventory: Flexibly create
bundles directly from Open Inventory offers,
expanding your bundling options and improving
      inventory management.

    • Multi-Event Bundling: Include more than one event
in a bundle with primary inventory, providing greater
versatility and value in your bundled offerings.

  2. Delayed Delivery Updates

We have added new features to support printing “Delay Delivery” tickets directly from Enterprise. If you have questions about using this, please reach out to your FEVO support rep.

Non-Integrated Inventory

  1. Set Ticket Conditions

We have introduced support for ticket conditions, also known as ticket tiers, for FEVO Inventory offers (General Admission only). This feature allows different ticket types to remain hidden until the quantity reaches a specified threshold, which can be customized for each offer. Once the threshold is met, the ticket type will automatically be displayed.

This is especially beneficial for offers with increasing ticket prices over time, as it helps purchasers focus on the best-priced tickets available. Additionally, this "set and forget" feature automates ticket visibility based on predefined conditions, reducing the need for manual updates and ensuring a smoother management process.

  2. Digital with QR Users
We have now removed the PDF toggle display from our “Digital with QR” Delivery for FEVO Inventory / Non-Integrated organizations.
