What is a bundle?

Bundles are a great way for your organization to Offer shoppers an enhanced experience by combining multiple items into a single package. Whether it’s a suite that includes parking, tickets to multiple events, or merchandise paired with a ticket, bundles provide an opportunity to increase value and in some cases, help reduce hard-to-sell inventory. By offering Bundles to shoppers, you can elevate your fan experience, drive additional revenue, and increase your average order value, all while making it easy for your shoppers to enjoy everything in one go.

What is the difference between an add-on and a bundle?

The main difference between an add-on and a bundle lies in how they are offered to a shopper and what they include.

  • A bundle is a package where multiple items are grouped together and sold as one unit.

  • An add-on is an optional extra that can be added to your main inventory in the checkout process.

How do I create a bundle in FEVO Enterprise?

  1. Locate your Offer and navigate to the Ticket’s Tab

  2. Click the Bundle icon to start building your bundle


  3. Select the Price Codes for the first item in your bundle (ex: tickets)
    Enter the quantity needed

    1. For a suite, enter ALL tickets included

    2. For 1 ticket to 1 ticket for multiple events, it's just 1

  4. Select your 2nd inventory option to bundle
    (Ex: suites that include parking, the additional game/event, merchandise)

    Please note: if it is a suite, please select the This is a suite checkbox so once sold, it will showcase as sold out to shoppers

  5. Name your bundle and enter the remaining details.

  6. Select Bundle Items and you’re all set to sell! Here’s what your shoppers will see in their Cart.
