Bundling allows buyers to select their offer tickets with loaded values and include additional items such as food and beverage vouchers, merchandise, etc. This allows buyers to purchase all items at once instead of having to select and purchase them as separate items. Here is how to set that up for your offer:
Create a New Offer or open an existing offer. For a new offer, import your tickets using the Archtics account number and the Order ID.
Once the tickets are imported, click the Create Bundle button above the listed tickets.
3. Select the primary tickets for the bundle. These will be the tickets that the buyers are selecting that you'd like to include a bundled item. Click Select Bundle Tickets.
4. Select the secondary tickets. You can choose: Use existing tickets on this offer (if secondary tickets were imported with the primary tickets), Import tickets from an order (if secondary tickets were reserved onto the Archtics account separate from the primary tickets, different order ID), or Create tickets manually (for non-integrated add-ons that do not live in your ticket system). Once you see the tickets listed, select the secondary tickets and click Name The Bundle.
5. Enter the name for the secondary tickets (e.g., Ticket & Hot Dog/Soda Voucher) and click View Bundles & Confirm.
6. Review the bundles and prices and click Create Tickets & Bundles.
