Bundling allows buyers to select their offer tickets with loaded values and include additional items such as food and beverage vouchers, merchandise, etc. This allows buyers to purchase all items at once instead of having to select and purchase them as separate items. Here is how to set that up for your offer:
Create a New Offer or open an existing offer.
Open Inventory - select your desired tickets to display.
Import your tickets using the Archtics account number and the Order ID.
Once the tickets are loaded, click the Bundle button below the listed tickets.
3. Select the primary tickets (Inventory Set 1 for example) for the bundle. These will be the tickets that the buyers are selecting that you'd like to include a bundled item. Click Bundle and enter the Quantity (in the example below this is a 1:1 ratio so buy ticket for X event and get a ticket for Y event).
4. Select the secondary item to bundle (Game/Event, Parking, Suite). You can choose: Choose Events (even parking or F&B should have an event showing).
5. Enter the bundled item, in this example secondary tickets (e.g., Ticket to Y Event - Group Sale - $42) and click Next.
6. Fill out Details about the bundles.
a. Remember to fill out Name: for the Item #2 (Game Info in this example for Y Event)
7. Review the bundles and prices and click Bundle Items.
a. After bundling you'll see the Bundle box next to your inventory that's now bundled.
