All Integrations
Update Order Summary panel for required Add-On Ticket Quantities
We've refined the Offer Summary area to clearly indicate when Add-On Ticket Quantities are required. This adjustment minimizes buyer confusion, ensuring that customers understand add-ons are only applied when needed, which leads to a more intuitive and confident checkout experience.
Ref Code Tracking - Single Offer Ref Code Attribution from Offer Landing Pages
We've enhanced ref code tracking so that when buyers navigate from an offer landing page to individual offer pages, referral codes remain intact. This improvement delivers more accurate tracking and attribution, empowering marketers with deeper insights and improved campaign performance.Enable 2FA Restriction to Use Email-Specific Promotions
We've updated our system to enable new Email Promotions to work seamlessly with 2-Factor Authentication restrictions. This integration ensures that promotional campaigns are both secure and effective, delivering a great experience without compromising on security.
Email/Domain Promo Restrictions - Inventory-Specific
We've enabled Domain/Email Promo Restrictions to be applied at the inventory level. This enhancement allows for more targeted and precise promotional controls, ensuring that restrictions are tailored to specific inventory items for improved marketing effectiveness.Upload Domains for Promotions/Restrictions
We've introduced the ability to upload lists of domains for promotions and restrictions, mirroring the streamlined process used for email promotions. This enhancement simplifies bulk domain management, enabling more precise targeting and efficient campaign setup.
Move Group tab on Offers to Match Offer Creation Flow
We've repositioned the Group tab to appear immediately after the Tickets tab once an offer is created.
Checkout Experience: Use 'Select' Button for Suite Bundles
We've updated the suite bundle interface by replacing the dropdown and GA display (-/+) with a dedicated select button. Since users can only select one suite bundle, this change simplifies the selection process, reduces potential errors, and improves overall usability.
Offer-Level Terms & Conditions dropdown "Default" option
We've added a “None” option to the Offer Level Terms and Conditions dropdown, enabling users to easily remove any saved terms and conditions from their offer. This enhancement provides greater control over offer customization, ensuring that only the most relevant T&Cs are displayed for a clearer and more precise presentation.
Update Header View - Offer Manage
We've made significant updates to the offer header to improve usability and optimize screen space. This redesign ensures all essential information is clearly displayed while minimizing the header's footprint. Sales metrics, previously in the header, have been moved to the dashboard where they are more effectively presented. This update is feature-flagged and will be progressively rolled out as part of the Inventory Reimagined project.Note: FEVO Inventory organizations will need a future update to display the scan metrics on the dashboard, stay tuned for that.
Deep Linking: Update Client url w/ embedded offer to include parameters
We've updated our integration so that when an offer is embedded on a client site, the client's URL includes our offer parameters. This ensures seamless data transfer between systems, leading to more accurate tracking and a cohesive user experience.

For those that had a single inventory flow, the multiple inventory set flow has now been activated. You can utilize by selecting the +Add Inventory Set as seen below
New Features Include:
Buyer Options and Multiple Inventory Sets: We've added robust support for associating Buyer Options features (Add-Ons, Questions, Promotions, Discounts) with multiple inventory sets. New icons in the Inventory Summary view will indicate which inventory sets are linked to a Buyer Option.
Inventory Set Display in Cart: You can now display Inventory Sets within the cart experience for greater control over how your inventory is presented. This option is enabled within Buyer Options when multiple inventory sets are used. The "Inventory Set Name" and "Inventory Set Display Name" fields allow for customized cart display. If the Display Name is set, we will use that. If the Display Name is not set, we will use the Inventory Set Name.
List View for Display Names and Descriptions: We've redesigned the interface for managing Display Names and Descriptions. The new list view allows for editing more fields at once, saving time and clicks.
AXS
Remove Account Number Field From Confirmation Email
To avoid confusion, the AXS Account Number has been removed from Order Confirmation emails. This number differed from the account number displayed in the Back Office. The AXS Order Number remains on the email and is the recommended way to locate FEVO orders in the Back Office.
Front Gate Tickets
Set Minimum & Maximum Ticket Purchase Quantities
We've added the ability to set minimum and maximum ticket purchase quantities for Front Gate offers. Note that there is additional work to do to support forcing a ticket type to be purchased, regardless of minimum and maximums.

We've improved the Interactive Seat Map (ISM) experience for General Admission events. Users can now select their desired ticket type and quantity directly from the ISM, making the purchase process more intuitive and efficient.
