All Integrations
Offer Building Reason for Offer: Move Location to Setup Step
We have moved Reason for Offer to the Setup step as the first step when building an Offer in FEVO Enterprise. This update simply relocates the Reason for Offer to the Setup step while maintaining its current functionality.
Offer Building Add (or Create) a Group: Move Location to Step 3
We’re moving the "Group" step earlier in the offer creation flow. Placing this step before configuring the Buyer Options tab and features creates a more logical sequence for building offers. This change lays the groundwork for future enhancements, enabling the development of group-level (True Cart) features that will further improve the offer creation process.
Add-Ons: Display Add-Ons Based on Ticket / Buyer Type
For integrated organizations, users can now configure Add-Ons to display dynamically based on the buyer’s ticket or buyer type. Inventory-specific Add-Ons will be shown only when the corresponding tickets are selected, providing a more personalized purchasing experience.
Promotions & Restrictions: Support Email Features
We’ve added email recognition and restriction features for Promotions. Users can now designate specific email addresses within Promotions, enabling email-based restrictions during the purchase process. A new “Add Emails” option has been introduced in Promotion setup, allowing emails to be verified for eligibility and locked at checkout.
Ref Code Reporting: Added Ref Code Filter to Reports Hub
This update introduces the ability to add Ref Codes to the Reports hub, allowing users to filter and view reports based on specific Ref Codes. This enhancement provides more detailed insights and better tracking capabilities for users.
Discounts: Notify Buyers When Codes are Over-Applied
This update introduces an error during checkout to alert buyers when they attempt to apply more discount codes than needed for their order. This enhancement helps ensure clarity and prevents unnecessary code applications, creating a smoother checkout experience.
Inventory Reimagined Updates
Please note: this experience is in beta and being tested with a limited amount of organizations in our early rollout program. To test this new experience, please contact your success representative. This experience is limited to specific integrations.
In this release, we’re excited to bring new improvements to our reimagined inventory experience, setting the foundation for even more features in the future. Here’s what’s new:
Single Inventory Set View: Single inventory sets now appear in our new card format. This will replace the ticket table view.
Legacy Offer Settings: As we move towards making our new Inventory flow the primary experience in Enterprise, we’re ensuring key settings from the legacy version are fully supported.
Bundles: A bundle icon will now appear at the bottom of the Summary view for any single inventory set, with bundle functionality unchanged. (Note: support for multiple inventories and bundles is coming soon.)
Sorting: Sorting options are now located in the Buyer Options tab. All sorting options are available for single inventory sets, with all but custom sorting supported for multiple inventory sets.
Display Options: Display as GA (General Admission) and Display as Original are now conveniently located on the Buyer Options tab.
Switch Ticket Options: This setting will still exist on the same page at the top-right.
Optimized Inventory Selection Width: The inventory selection view has been optimized to display best on various screen sizes. For example, the Inventory Library will now open automatically on larger screens but will appear as an icon with a slide-out drawer on smaller screens.
Sold Out Inventory: Sold-out inventory sets will now be more clearly displayed in the Summary view.
Cloning and Bulk Create with Multiple Inventory Sets: We’ve resolved bugs related to cloning offers and bulk-creating offers with multiple inventory sets.
Discount Area at Checkout: Change “Details” to “Edit”
We’ve updated the "Details" button to "Edit" after a buyer applies a discount code and clicks "Done" in the Discount modal. This change makes it clearer to buyers that they can click "Edit" to add another discount, remove the applied discount, or make other adjustments.
