Users can now utilize the ID.me verification while also using an email or domain promotion to only allow certain buyers access to the offer.
ID.me Authentication Screen Moved to After Seat Selection
The ID.me authentication screen has been moved to appear after seat selection for a more streamlined checkout experience.
Inventory-Specific Add-Ons available during Bulk Creation
The bulk offer creation process now includes the option to add inventory-specific add-ons, enhancing flexibility and efficiency when setting up multiple offers.
Add-Ons: Auto-Select for Required Minimums
To improve the user experience and checkout, when an add-on by ticket quantity is required, the system will automatically pre-select the quantity for buyers in the Order Summary and Review & Submit panels, eliminating confusion.
New Reason for Offer Added: Deposit
A new "Deposit" option is now available as a Reason for Offer, providing greater flexibility in offer categorization.
Custom Restrictions Consistency
A new customization option, "Restrict Field Title," has been added, allowing users to customize the restriction title (previously defaulted to "Confirm Your Access"). Alongside the existing "Restrict Field Copy" and "Restriction Placeholder Text" settings, this update provides three customization options across all restrictions (except ID.me and Age) for greater flexibility in buyer-facing messaging.
Order Adjustment Hub - Resend Order Confirmation
We’ve added a quick and easy way to resend order confirmation emails in Enterprise. In the Order Adjustments hub, there’s now a “Search” tab where you can enter an order to find it and resend the confirmation email.
This update is designed to support the new Customer Service role, which doesn’t have access to offer reporting info. Previously, the resend email option was only available within offers.
Enterprise Roles - Add New Role - Customer Service
Introducing a new Customer Service role in Enterprise. This role enables users to perform the following actions:Search and view order confirmations
Submit order adjustments
Resend order confirmation emails
Existing users can be switched to the Customer Service role, and new users can be added with this role.
Post-Transaction Codes: Confirmation Email Minor Design Updates
Minor design updates have been made to confirmation emails for post-transaction code purchases, including center-aligning the Redeem Item(s) button and updating the Access Tickets Online button to black with white font to improve clarity and prevent confusion.
Checkbox Removed From Payment Page in Cart
The checkbox on the cart’s payment selection page has been removed, and the copy has been updated to: "By submitting payment, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use."
Reporting Updates
Enhanced Social Reporting
We've introduced new reporting capabilities to help users analyze group dynamics, track inviter activities, and manage group-based incentives more effectively. What’s New Includes:
Social Report Generation:
A new report is now available from the Leaderboard/Social table, including:Group Leader Name
Total Group Size
Group Name
Group Leader Email
Enhanced Buyer Report:
Added three new columns: Group Leader, Inviter, and Group Name
Reports are now exportable in CSV/XLSX for easier data analysis
These updates address frequent requests to make social data more accessible and actionable.
Post-Transaction Code Reporting: Updates for Initial Offers
The buyer report now includes the discount name for initial offers with post-transaction codes, along with tracking of PTCs generated and distributed on initial offers for improved reporting and visibility.
Fundraiser Enhancements (Buyer Report Updates - Amount to Group)
Amount to Group will now be displayed on the Summary Tab of the Buyer Report. The summary Amount to Group will be the total of the Amount to Group column under the Buyers Tab that lists all the transactions for the offer. Adding this total to the Summary Tab will allow for a quick review of the total collected for the Group.
Inventory, Reimagined Updates
Available for Archtics, TDC, and PAC users only
Note: These updates are feature-flagged and available only to a limited number of organizations in our early rollout program.
We are making significant progress on enhancing the Open Inventory selection experience. This will enable us to introduce more extensive features in the future. If you are interested in learning more and participating in our early rollout and feedback collection, please reach out to your FEVO Success Rep. Here’s what’s new:
Inventory Sets + Open Inventory Bundles: We’re adding support for Open Inventory Bundles within the new Inventory Reimagined experience. This brings together the best aspects of both features, introducing a new way to create and sell Open Inventory Bundles in Enterprise.
Card View + Quantity by Area: When expanding an Inventory Set card, you can now view the quantity by area for more detailed insights.
Show Display Names / Descriptions are set: In the Attribute view, we’ll now indicate when a Display Name or Description has been set for categories like Area, Price Type, and Section. This makes it easier to see what’s been configured without having to click into each field.
Inventory Set Names: We’re introducing support for naming Inventory Sets. While these names will eventually be visible to buyers in the Cart, for now, they’re designed to help Enterprise users better organize and understand their Inventory Sets.
AXS
AXS: Support Cloning Offers
With our support for multiple AXS Back Office offers, now, users can clone existing offers to create new ones while retaining inventory and other details. To ensure this functions as expected, the AXS Offer Names under the Event Integration tab must match. For example, if Game 1 has an AXS Offer called “Admission”, then Game 2’s AXS Offer must also be named “Admission”.
AXS: Integrated Add-Ons
We now support Open Inventory Add-Ons, allowing add-ons to be sold directly from an AXS event’s inventory in Back Office while leveraging FEVO Enterprise’s flexible add-on interface.
To enable this, simply add an add-on and select “Open Inventory / Hold Code” as the Add-On Type. From there, you can choose an AXS Enterprise event, load the available AXS Offers, and configure additional add-on details to customize the purchase experience. When an order includes an Open Inventory Add-On, it will be processed under the same AXS Order Number.
Important: To ensure add-ons are sold on the same AXS Order Number, the Add-On AXS Offers must be set up in AXS Back Office as Upsell Offers. For example, if you’re selling Parking as an add-on to Admission, the Parking AXS Offer must be added as an Upsell Offer to the Admission AXS Offer in Back Office.
AXS: Org Rep Tag - Support for a Space / Multi-Word Tag
The Rep Tag field for AXS organizations now supports spaces, aligning with the tag functionality in AXS’s Back Office system.
TDC
TDC: Order Confirmation - Show Buyer Type Instead of Price Scale
For TDC email order confirmations, the Price Scale column is now hidden, a new "Type" column displays the TDC Buyer Type name, and when seat suppression is active, only the Ticket Type will be shown instead of the Price Code.
Front Gate Tickets & Non-Integrated
FGT: Automated Sales Report via Email
We’re adding support for automated sales report emails in Enterprise. These emails provide a sales snapshot for any offer without requiring users to log in. They can also be sent to external users who don’t have access to FEVO Enterprise but still want to track sales trends. For FEVO Inventory organizations, this can be enabled on the Offer Dashboard, and for Front Gate Tickets organizations, it’s available on the Event Report tab. Simply add email recipients, and they’ll receive the report automatically.
Currently, reports are scheduled for 9 AM ET, with more flexible scheduling options planned for the future. The email will display the total tickets sold and revenue, including a breakdown by ticket type and sales in the past 24 hours.
