In case you missed it! NEW Financial Settlements Report Available Now!

Note that the previous Financial Tab has adjusted to a new Settlements Tab.

All Integrations

Enhanced Tracking for Post-Transaction Codes

We've added enhanced tracking for Post-Transaction Codes, allowing you to easily view which codes have been redeemed, unredeemed, or deactivated. This information will now be available directly on the discount within the Codes Hub.

Promo Code Gating Now Available for Zip Code Restrictions

We've expanded customization options for exclusive offers by adding promo code gating to the Zip Code verification restriction. This allows you to apply additional access controls and create even more tailored experiences for your buyers.

New Group-Level Rewards Report

We’ve introduced a Group-Level Rewards Report, giving you a clearer view of rewards earned and performance metrics across groups. This enhancement makes it easier to track and analyze group-driven sales and reward activity.

Affiliate PURLs Now Available for Entire Events or Groups

Affiliates can now generate a single PURL tied to an entire event or group, simplifying the process of sharing and tracking referrals. Any purchase made through the PURL—regardless of the specific offer—is automatically credited to the affiliate.

Enterprise Design System Enhancements

We’ve made a series of improvements to the Enterprise Design System to deliver a more consistent, flexible, and user-friendly experience

Group Size Column Now Reflects Tickets in Social Tree Report

The Group Size column in the Social Tree Report has been updated to display the number of tickets instead of the number of orders, providing a more accurate view of group performance.

Updates to Buyer Report and Question Responses

With the introduction of the new Question Responses tab (formerly "Question Answers"), we will be removing the five Offer Question columns from the Buyer Report as well as the entire "Follow-up Questions" tab. This streamlines reporting and consolidates buyer response data into a single, more accessible location.

Inventory, Reimagined Updates

Available for Archtics, TDC, and PAC users only

This release delivers key enhancements to the Inventory Reimagined experience. Here's a breakdown of the updates:

  • Improved Guidance in the Attributes Tab: To enhance the user experience within the Attributes tab (part of the new Inventory Reimagined flow), we've added helpful text that clearly explains the purpose and function of each feature.

  • Several bugs were fixed due to continuous feature usage.

PAC

PAC: Support for PAC Single Events as Open Inventory Add-Ons

You can now use PAC Single Events as Open Inventory Add-Ons. To enable this, ensure the event is available in Enterprise, then create an add-on and select the event for sale. If the event is not in Enterprise, you can still manually configure it by entering the event’s season, event code, or item code.

Front Gate Tickets

Front Gate - Edit Inventory - Display Capacity/Available + Edit Available

When managing Front Gate event inventory, you'll now see Ticket Capacity and Quantity Available fields specifically within the view and update section for Price Types. Ticket Capacity shows the total tickets, while Quantity Available updates with sales.

FEVO Inventory

FEVO GA Inventory -: Specify Ticket Type for Released Quantity in Order Adjustments
When submitting an Order Adjustment for a FEVO Inventory order, you can now specify the ticket type to which the released quantity will be added. This enhancement supports dynamic pricing practices by allowing you to account for tickets that may have been sold at a different price than their current listing.

FEVO GA Inventory - Conditions - Update Ticket Type Selections

The Conditions feature for FEVO General Admission Inventory has been updated to show only ticket types with available inventory when selecting a condition. Previously, all ticket types—including old or deleted ones—were displayed. This improvement ensures that only relevant, active ticket types appear in the "Select Condition" dropdown for a more accurate and streamlined setup experience.

Event Setup: Hide Event Type Selection

As usage of the Multi-Day event type has declined—with Single Events set to TBA and Custom Copy now fulfilling the same need—we are beginning the process of phasing it out. The Event Type selection will be hidden behind a feature flag while we monitor for any issues. If no concerns arise, we plan to fully sunset the Multi-Day event type in a future update.

Non-Integrated (FEVO Inventory): Exact Seat Manifest

Our team has been hard at work developing a new centralized seating manifest for FEVO Inventory, enabling section, row, and seat management at the event level. This enhancement allows multiple offers to pull from the same inventory, streamlining seat management and improving efficiency.

For this release, we've made several updates to improve Centralized Exact Seat Inventory workflows and system stability, including allowing the same section across multiple areas, disabling ticket type edits once seats are sold, enhancing the Financial tab for Exact Seat inventory, and ensuring inventory returns to a stateless mode after a timeout.

If you're interested in beta testing these new features, we'd love to hear from you—reach out to us!
