COMING SOON! On Sunday, March 23rd, the fevo-enterprise.com domain will change to gofevo.com. Don’t worry, FEVO Enterprise is still FEVO Enterprise! We’re just making it even easier to access and share your Offers.
What This Means for You
No Action Needed: All of your existing Offers will automatically redirect to gofevo.com.
New Offers = New URL: Any Offers created after March 23rd will be hosted on the new gofevo.com domain.
No Impact on API or Widgets: If you’re using our data API or FEVO checkout on your website, everything will continue to function as expected.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you use FEVO Live, FEVO's Check-In App, you MUST update the app from the App Store the morning of Sunday, March 23rd. Old versions will not work.

This week, you may notice an updated login screen when accessing FEVO. This update is a foundational step toward enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality, improving security and streamlining access for our users.

Expanded the Add-On icon list to include options for Tickets and Standing Room Only (SRO) for greater flexibility in Offer customization.
Suite Add-Ons - Track section number throughout purchase flow
Enhanced suite tracking by capturing the section name of the selected suite, allowing the system to automatically apply the correct suite/section when buyers add Standing Room Only (SRO) or additional tickets.
Opt-In Data Available in External Orders API
Do you pull data into your CRM through FEVO's API? We have now added buyer’s opt-in selection as a field to pull.
Restrictions - Ability to use Zip Code restriction with ID.me verification
Enhanced offer restrictions by allowing users to limit access to specific zip codes while utilizing ID.me verification.

Add Payment Method column to buyer report
We enhanced the Buyer Report to display the payment method used for purchases, including Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zip, and Venmo. If the purchase amount is $0, the field will remain empty.
Add ‘Purchased Through pURL’ Column to Buyer Report
Added a new field in the Buyer Report to indicate whether a purchase was made via a share, providing better visibility into social-driven transactions.
Rewards Report - Add purchase/registration date to rewards report
A new Timestamp column has been added to the report in Column H, capturing the date and time of each entry. This update ensures better tracking of when records were created, improving data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Rewards Report - Adjust Timezone
Updated the system to default to the organization's timezone instead of GMT, ensuring more accurate time tracking and reporting.
Inventory, Reimagined Updates
Available for Archtics, TDC, and PAC users only
This release delivers key enhancements to the Inventory Reimagined experience. Here's a breakdown of the new features:
Offer Bulk Edit: We've integrated our new 'Inventory Imagined' tool into the Offer Bulk Edit feature. Now, you can quickly replace or update inventory across multiple offers at once, adding and adjusting single or multiple inventory sets with ease.
Display Bundles and Non-Bundles Together: You can now display bundles and individual inventory items together on the same offer page. Simply enable 'Display Inventory Set Layer in Cart' under Buyer Options and include inventory sets that are not bundled. This allows customers to easily view and select both bundles and individual items in a single, streamlined experience.
Visible Section Conditions (aka Rolling Sections): We've introduced a new Conditions feature, located under the Attributes sub-tab, that allows for customizable section visibility based on quantity conditions. You can now customize quantity thresholds to show or hide specific sections, define the maximum number of sections displayed at any time, and arrange the order in which sections appear and are revealed. This empowers you to create a tailored user experience that dynamically adapts based on section availability and allows you to strategically sell specific sections, such as distressed inventory or best available options, providing customers with more focused choices.
Inventory Set Name Descriptions: You can now add a description to your Inventory Set Names, which will be displayed in the customer's cart

Add-on's - Re-label module to say 'Event Code' instead of "Event Name'
We have updated the TM Archtics Add-ons module to relabel 'Event Name' as 'Event Code' for improved clarity and consistency.
Front Gate Tickets
Support Onsale / Offsale Times
We’ve added the ability to set on-sale and off-sale times by ticket type for Front Gate Offers. This allows ticket types to be automatically shown or hidden based on specific dates and times.
