If you want to give buyers a few extra hours to purchase tickets (up to 12), or if you want to shut off sales, follow these quick steps below to extend your offer deadline.
Go to the Offers Hub located in the top navigation bar:
From your Offers dashboard, click on the offer you would like to extend.
Go to the Deadline/Sold Out tab and adjust the date and/or time of the deadline.
Click on the calendar and clock icons to select the new date as your deadline:
Click "Save."
