Send $0 tickets to fans directly though FEVO. Once tickets have been Comp’d, they will be removed from inventory and moved into “Tickets Sold” tab. You can only send comps to one recipient (via email) at a time. Available for non-integrated inventory only.
How it Works
Select your offer and navigate to your Tickets.
Select the inventory/seats you want to send.
Click the More Actions dropdown and navigate to Comp
Enter the recipient's First and Last Name as well as the email that will receive the comp tickets.
Recipient will receive an email confirmation with information on how to access their ticket.
