How it Works
Shoppers will locate the Zip payment option within multiple located screens of the purchase flow. This includes in the checkout experience when adding inventory and on the Order Summary / Payment page.
Shoppers will click on Zip as the payment method.
Shoppers will Login to their current account or Create a New Zip account.
Zip will provide my payment Options for review prior to confirming payment.
Once I confirm payment through Zip, the buyer will be taken to FEVO's confirmation page.
Buyers will then receive a confirmation email from FEVO and Zip to confirm their order.
Buyers can log in to Zip at any time check the charges or edit their payment.
FAQs
What if a shopper defaults on payment? For you, nothing. As the party making the sale, your settlements will continue as normal. The shopper enters a contract with the BNPL company, who assumes the liability. They typically charge late fees or interest for missed payments.
Who does the fan contact with questions? If fans have any questions about payments, they may reach out to Zip directly. If they need a refund for tickets, just get in touch with FEVO, and we'll collaborate with Zip to sort it out.
