Require an Opt-In Form at Checkout
FEVOGM has introduced a new feature that allows the mandatory opt-ins to be enforced on the fan experience during checkout. If a fan refuses to agree to the mandatory opt-in, they will not be permitted to complete the purchase.
15 International Billing Countries Added
We have expanded our billing support to include 15 additional countries. Now, we support a total of 50 countries. These countries include: Switzerland, Philippines, Argentina, Japan, India, Chile, Malaysia, Uruguay, Egypt, Jersey, Norway, Colombia, Turkey, Taiwan, and Costa Rica. Custom Copy for Event Dates
With this feature, if your event date and time are still TBD, you can now add custom copy to showcase on the top of your offer landing page. This allows you to provide your customers with the most up-to-date information on your event, even if the date and time are still being determined.
NEW! Customer Support Form
When FEVO is listed as the primary Contact for an event, a new Contact FEVO button will populate on the event page and order confirmation page. When a fan fills out the form, FEVO's support team will be notified and our team will work with the fan on a resolution.
Performance Optimization
FEVO is speedy. When clicking Buy Tickets, page load is 300% faster. This is just the beginning.
Pixel Updates
FEVO can now pass back over a dozen dynamic variables to this party ad platforms via pixels! For assistance, please contact marketingservices@fevo.com.
Ticket Descriptions UX/UI Update
To provide a better user experience, ticket descriptions will now populate in a pop-up modal by clicking the information icon. This applies to General Admission (GA) view only.
Best Available Default
You can now set an offer as “Best Available” by default at the Offer Level under Buyer Options. This feature is only available for Open Inventory and Holds from integrated partners that support Best Available.
Quantity Filter Default
Change the default value of the ticket quantity on the offer page by updating the Landing Quantity Filter under Buyer Options at the Offer Level.
Music Reporting has Been Updated
If you are in the music industry, new features have been added to the Order Reports, including an Event Date column on the Summary tab, a Venue column on the Buyers tab, and the specific order time added to the existing date values under Date Placed in the Buyers tab. In addition, a few unnecessary columns have been removed. These adjustments will also apply to the Buyer Report found in Offer > Actions > View Buyer Report > Download Report.
MLB-Specific Update
For MLB partners, the MLB Logo has been updated within the Event Information popup and on the offer landing page. In addition, terms and conditions and the legal footer have been updated.
