Don't want to receive email confirmations for every purchase? Want to start getting notified when sales deadlines have passed? The steps below will show you how to customize your notifications so that your inbox is not being bogged down with unneeded clutter!

  1. From your FEVO account, click on your initials at the top right

  2. From the dropdown menu, select Manage Account

  3. You will be brought to your Account Setting with three tabs; Profile, Orders and Notifications. Go to the Notifications tab

  4. Keep in mind that different access levels (Sales Person, Sales Manager, etc.) have more notification options than others, but here you are able to control the emails you receive like Order Confirmation emails, Low Ticket Warnings and Offer Deadline Notifications

Glossary

  • Receive Invitation Acceptance: Once a new invitee (sales manager, sales person, or group leader) accepts and registers their account with your organization, you will receive an Invitation Acceptance email.

  • Receive Sales Manager Summary: Weekly summary that is listed out by sales representative with the number of events selling, tickets sold, and revenue brought in per sales rep.

  • Receive Group Leader Summary: Daily update sent that has a list of all active events under that specific group leader, tickets sold and how many tickets are remaining.

  • Receive Event Low Ticket Warning: When an offer is down to 10% or less of inventory, whomever the offer owner is will receive a warning in the case you'd like to add more inventory.

  • Receive Deadline Passed Notification: When the purchase deadline has passed, you will receive a notification to then decide if you'd like to give buyers more time to purchase.

  • Receive Order Adjustment Approved: When someone requests an order adjustment and it has been approved, you will receive the confirmation.
