Getting Started

  1. To get started, select New Offer

  2. Ensure you selected the right Organization, then enter your Event ID & Event Code. (Please note that you only need to do this 1 time per event. Once an offer has been created for an event / game / performance, FEVO then stores that event in a dropdown)

    1. Event ID: Your Event ID is public-facing and can be located as the 16-digit number number after “ticketmaster.com/event/event ID”

    2. Ticketmaster Host Event Code

  3. Select the yellow search icon.

  4. Your event will populate.

  5. Select your FEVO Qualifiers

    1. TM1 allows you to build up to 10 separate offers. If you need to build more than 10, submit to your TM ESS/CSS for more information.

    2. Please note that TM1 allows you to build both FEVO offers and COSTCO offers - If you are building an offer for COSTCO, please be sure to select the COSTCO category within TM1 events. Furthermore, the FEVO Exchange team will handle the offer creation for any COSTCO offer.

  6. Select your Price Levels and then Next.

  7. Your inventory will populate within the tickets table.

  8. Please verify your inventory and edit as needed.

  9. Adjust your fees directly within the Inventory table.

  • Price = total price of the ticket (Org + Group)

  • Org = amount going to the Organization

  • Group = additional dollars outside of the ticket price (example: fundraiser)

  • Tax = Settax and Facility Fee Taxes will display here (if applicable)

  • Facility Fee = INCFC is turned off and the facility fee will populate. Note: If INCFC is turned on in the Host and it gets rolled up into the price, we will see that in the Price.

10. Customize your Price Level name by clicking on the specific Price Level. Note: The default name is the Event Sec names from the Host.

11. Select Next

12. Customize your purchase deadlines then click Next.

13. Within Buyer Options, you can Create an Add-On to your ticket (optional). Note: Add-ons can manually be created at this time.

14. Select your seat selection default for your campaign

  • Seat Picker: Fans can drill down to the exact seat number

  • Start as Best Available: tickets will be available as best available, however, fans can change their option to Seat Picker through a filter

  • Force Best Available: Fans must purchase best available tickets

15. Set your ticket minimum and maximums

16. Set your ticket intervals

17. Create offer questions (optional) to capture additional fan data. The response types available are Free form or list of choices. Note: you can add a follow-up question and/or require any questions to be filled out prior to checkout. Click Next

18. Select your Group Name and Group Leader. Note: your Group Leaders can be internal employees or external. In addition, activate a Group landing page. If you have more than one offer for a specific Group, create a consumer-friendly Landing Page by toggling the function on. Click Next.

19. Within the Details tab, enter all campaign details from the fundraiser payout address and media to custom fulfillment details, custom button text, and attaching promo/discount codes. Select Finish.

Once your offer is complete, a best practice we recommend is to view your offer and run a test to ensure proper functionality.
