Having trouble finding a specific offer? Don’t worry—it happens! Whether it’s a recently created offer or one you haven’t accessed in a while, here are steps you can take to locate.
Head to your Offers Dashboard and select Filters. Here you can set parameters like Order Date/Event Date for your Offers.
There are other Filters you can select from as well such as Sales Rep, Events, Groups, and Ref Code.
Once Filters are selected and you save you're designated Offers based on Filters will appear.
*Filters will always default to your last Filter Settings, but are easily changeable, or hit "Reset Filters".
Under the Bar Graph you have a Search filter where you can search the Title of your Offer.
Click the Offer under Offer Title to make changes to that Offer
You can Bulk Edit and make changes to multiple offers by checking Multiple Offers next to Offer Title on the left. Then hit the Bulk Edit next to the SEARCH box.
*We suggest only Bulk Editing offers that are identical to avoid any unwarranted changes.
If you belong to multiple Organizations please ensure you've selected the appropriate Organization from the Dropdown to see accurate offers.
If your view is not like the above try the below.
Head to your Offers Dashboard and select Filters. Change your Offer Status to All Offers.
Still can't locate it? Your Offer may have been Deleted or the Offer Name has changed.
To search for Offers for a specific event, head to your Events tab in the Navigation, search for the Offer. Then, click on the Offers Tab. All Offers related to that Event will populate.
*Please not that created offers will have a slight delay in appearing under your offers tab, but they will appear immediately under the specific event.
