Having trouble finding a specific offer? Don’t worry—it happens! Whether it’s a recently created offer or one you haven’t accessed in a while, here are steps you can take to locate.

Head to your Offers Dashboard and select Filters. Change your Offer Status to All Offers.

Still can't locate it? Your Offer may have been Deleted or the Offer Name has changed.

To search for Offers for a specific event, head to your Events tab in the Navigation, search for the Offer. Then, click on the Offers Tab. All Offers related to that Event will populate.
