Financial reporting in FEVO offers an insightful breakdown of revenues generated from offers, the fees involved, and the current status (open or paid) of each offer. All users have access to these financial reports irrespective of their roles. However, sales representatives can view the financials pertaining only to the offers they handle, whereas sales managers can access the financials for all the offers within the organization.
A critical aspect to note is the treatment of donations in these reports. In scenarios where a donation is collected without the necessary information inputted in the offer, such offers cannot be marked as 'paid' in the system. Nevertheless, FEVO ensures that these amounts are still processed and paid to the organization, classifying them under ticket revenue.
Navigating to the Report:
Log into your Enterprise account.
Locate and click on the hamburger icon at the top left corner of the page.
From the drop-down menu, select the 'Reports' tab.
Opening the Financial Reports Section:
Within the Reports area, find and click on the 'Financial Reports' tab located in the top navigation bar.
Utilizing the Report:
