Introducing Event-Level Inventory in FEVO Enterprise

We’re excited to introduce a new feature in FEVO Enterprise: Event-Level Inventory. This enhancement allows you to create and manage FEVO inventory (or non-integrated inventory) at the Event level — fully leveraging the capabilities of the FEVO Enterprise offer system. With this update, you can efficiently create and sell multiple offers from a single, centralized inventory and capacity.

Previously, FEVO inventory was specific to each Offer, which was (and still is) a quick and effective way to build and sell inventory. However, we’ve heard your feedback, and we recognize that this approach can be restrictive when you need to share inventory across multiple offers.

How it Works

  1. Create and Add Inventory to your Event

After creating an Event, you will see a new section tab called Inventory. This is where you will create and add Inventory to your Event.

Set up your inventory with a specified total capacity and create ticket types with corresponding prices. Each inventory category can include multiple ticket types.

For example, if you’re selling General Admission and VIP tickets with different pricing tiers — such as Early Bird Presale, Tier 1, Tier 2, Military — you can easily build and view all of these ticket types within the Inventory section.

  2. Create Offer(s) Using Event-Level Inventory

Once your Event and Inventory are set up, you can now create Offers using this centralized inventory.

To do this, Create a New Offer and select Event Manual Inventory from the How will you set up your tickets for this offer? dropdown when creating your Offer. Find your event and select which Inventory you want to sell from in your Offer.

Pro Tip: Make sure to set your ticket descriptions at both the inventory and ticket type levels. These descriptions will be visible to users when they view the Offer, ensuring clear communication about the available ticket options.

We’re committed to continuously improving the event inventory feature. If you have any feedback or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your FEVO Success Representative.
