One way to increase business is to have your customers give you great reviews. Use a Marketing Campaign to reach out to your customers with the Big Ask.

Note You must activate Online Reviews in Settings/Online Reviews for the review links to work. For more information about activation, see: Settings - Online Reviews.

Also in Settings/Online Reviews create your review sites. For more information, see: Online Reviews - how to create my review sites

   4. Enter a title for your campaign, this title will be the name of the campaign in the
       Marketing page

   5. Choose All Active customers as they will receive the email

   6. Choose who is going to receive the email: All email addresses, Billing emails, or  
​       Service location emails

   7. Enter an attention-grabbing subject line (include your company name so they
      don't trash or junk it. 

   8. Enter the text of the email in the body box

The following is sample text that you can copy into the email box, if you want to use it. Change the wording to match your tone and writing style. Add your review links and remove the ones you don't use.

We at {company_name} do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction with our service. It is your satisfaction that is our reward. Spreading the word about us and our services helps us to keep your services at the high level you've come to expect.

Insert your link to Facebook Review page

Insert your link to Better Business Bureau Review page

Insert your link to Angie's List Review page

Insert your link to Custom Review page

And, of course, a referral from you is the highest praise you can offer.

   9. If you have a marketing PDF file explaining upcoming services, for example, click
       the Add new attachment button to include it in the email
  10. Click the Preview Email button (Always click a Preview button!)

11. When all looks good, click the Save & Send Emails button.
