Summary

The NYSDEC Report is split into two sections: Applicator Pesticide Annual Report and Record Keeping Information. The Applicator portion is what you send to the state as a CSV file on February 1 of each year.  The Record Keeping portion is for your records and is not included in the state's report.

Key Points

  • Record Keeping Information section details the place where materials were used

  • There is no one-to-one relationship between the two portions of the report

For example, the image below from the mobile app shows two applications of two materials. Each material was added to various locations.

The application of the materials appears in the Applicator portion of the report. The locations used for these materials appears in the Record portion of the report, along with the dosage rate.

Note In this example there are two applications, but seven locations of where the materials were applied. For this reason there is no one-to-one relationship between the two portions of the report.
