Summary

Recurring daily appointments are good for when the service is so enormous it stretches out a couple days.

Key Points

  • Click the Create a new... button and select Work Order

  • On the Schedule tab, select the frequency Daily

  • Select Every x-number of Day(s)

  • Ends After is Never, Fixed number or Date

  • Enter the First service date, Duration and Start Time

From the customer's location page, click the Create a new... button and select Work Order

On the Billing tab add the service description, adjust the price, if necessary, etc.

On the Schedule tab, select the tech.

Select the frequency Daily.

If this is to be a daily service, keep Every 1 Day(s). If it's to be every other day, change it to Every 2 Day(s), and so forth.

If it is to end after a certain number of days, for Ends After, click Never and select Fixed number

Enter the number of days. If this is a two-day project, enter 2. Three days, 3, etc.

Enter the First service date, Duration and Start Time

Click the Save button and you have a series created in that customer's Work Orders tab. This example shows a daily series starting on July 30 at 2:30 PM and ending on July 31.
