Remove text from PO# box

If you add a text line in the PO# box, such as a service instruction, the Estimate will not save.

Key Point

Remove the text from the PO# box and put it in the Memo box.

When you update the Status to Accepted, the Estimate does not save and you have a blank screen.

The PO # box is meant to hold the PO #, not long instructions. Move the text from the PO # box to the Memo box in the bottom-left corner and the Estimate will save.
