Send an invoice or a statement

Summary

If customers are behind in paying their invoices you don't have to wait until the Late Payment Reminder is scheduled to send.

Key Points

  • Print or email Invoices from Sales > Invoices

  • Print Statements from Reports > Accounts Receivable

  • Print or email Statements from the Customer tab in the ribbon bar

Invoices

  1. From the Dashboard, click Sales

  2. Click Status

  3. Click Overdue

  4. Click Filter

  5. Click the select all check box to the left of the Status column header

  6. Click Send to Customer (email)

  7. Or - click Bulk Print

Statements

From the Accounts Receivable report:

  1. From the Dashboard, click Reports

  2. Click Export

  3. Click Print Statements

Check your email inbox and you will find a PDF file with all statements for all customers with overdue balances. Print these to your printer, make sure the printer is set for single sided printing.

OR

From the Customers page, pick and choose the individual accounts to contact: 

  1. From the Dashboard, click Customers

  2. Click the Balance column header twice (so all overdue accounts show at the top of the first page)

   3. Click the check box to the left of each customer who is overdue, or click the
       check box to the left of the ID column to select all on the page
   4. Click Print Statements or Email Statements
