1. Create an Estimate
  2. Once accepted, update the status to Accepted and the Work Order is automatically generated and placed in the Work Pool
  3. To schedule the Work Order, drag the Work Order from the Work Pool into the Calendar
  4. Once the work is done, update the status of the Work Order to Complete and an Invoice is automatically generated
