When the tech opens the Work Order in the mobile app, the Service Instructions and Location Note appear in the opening page.

Location Note comes from the customer's Location Page Sticky note.
To enter the sticky notes:ย
- Click the Customer Account and VIEW the service location 
- In the Service Location page, 
 The sticky note is under the location name
 Double-click the box under Sticky note to add a note
 Click Save
Use Service Instructions to pass along specific information about the job. 
Use Location Note to pass along specific information about the location.ย
