Add a second mobile phone number to receive text messages

To add a second mobile phone number to receive text messages:

  1. Go into the customer's account

  2. Click Edit

  3. On the Edit Customer page, scroll down to Phone

  4. Click the + button to the right of the Type drop-down list

  5. Enter the phone number and select Mobile from the Type drop-down list

Note: Text messages are sent only to phones that have Mobile applied as the type.
