Summary
When you delete an Invoice in Fieldwork it can also delete the invoice in QuickBooks Online. If the invoices are not being deleted, change the setting to remove deleted records automatically.
Key Points
Go to Settings > Quickbooks
Select [x] Remove Deleted Records Automatically
Click the Settings gear in the upper right
Click QuickBooks
Turn on/off auto-delete
[ ] Remove Deleted Records Automatically
Since there is no way to bulk-sync deleted records, please choose if we should delete older records from Quickbooks as soon as they are deleted from Fieldwork.
This applies to any deleted records, regardless of its date.
