Heat Map - How does it affect my diagrams?

Heat map is a feature that can change the colors of the Devices used in a Diagram when displayed in the Customer Portal

The heat map can be activated by going to Settings - Customer Portal and enabling "Use heatmap on diagrams to display device activity"

After it is enabled, it will replace the colors (if any) chosen from Settings - Trap Types. It will then display 3 colors based on different criteria recorded to devices when completing work orders.

Each device will change to 3 colors if any data is registered to devices:

It will show "Green" if No evidence and No Pest captured are recorded:

It will show "Orange" if only Evidence is recorded

And it will show "Red" if any Pest captured is recorded:

The diagram can then be viewed in the Customer Portal and will reflect the matching colors based on the type of data that was registered when completing a work order:

Please note that data displayed in the diagram along with its matching colors is triggered by the date range, meaning it will look for work orders completed within that range that have data added to the devices.
