In Settings/Services, you can merge service types that have the same or similar description. Use this merge feature across multiple services to simplify the service descriptions for accounting and reporting purposes.

In the example below, merging the Bed Bug Treatment (1 of 2) and Bed Bug Treatment (2 of 2) into the BED BUG TREATMENT will reduce the number of service options for Bed Bug Treatments from 3 to 1.
The Merge Service dialog box appears. To the right of the Merge To: label, click the drop-down list and select the new service name (Merge Example BED BUG TREATMENT).
Click the Merge button.
Merging SERVICES cannot be reversed.
Note The merge doesn't remove the service from your list, you will need to delete or deactivate to remove it completely.
