Summary

Switching over to Stripe Unified has been started, but it still needs completion.

Stripe Unified allows your company to take ACH payments and process credit card refunds directly in Fieldwork, whereas Stripe Standard requires that you log into Stripe to execute the refund. Unified will also provide a platform for future changes in payment methods, such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

There are no additional charges to switch to Stripe United.

NOTE: Stripe does charge an ACH fee per transaction. Refer to our article Stripe & PayPal fees - where to view

Key Points

  • Verify current CC Payment (Stripe Unifed) status.

  • Finish Unified setup

Verify current Stripe account

  1. Click on the Settings gear in the upper right. Select CC Payments (Stripe Unified)

  2. Verify that Unified is not currently in use?

Finish Unified setup

If you would like to complete the Unified setup, contact our support staff. We will complete the process and let you know when it is finished.
