Why Is the Light of K025 Not Turning Red?

The light is not turning red cause the devices don't connect. Please follow the video below to change frequencies (the CH01 number doesn't change) and reset the whole system (change frequency: from 1:37 to 1:50 and reset the whole system: from 1:48 to 2:33).

Changing the frequencies:

  1. One click on the K025's channel button

  2. LED screen flashes once (The figures on the LED display remain the same)

  3. If the indicator flashes green for a second and turns red, the frequency has changed.

Reset the whole system

  1. Turn off the mic and receiver.

  2. Turn the mic on and press the channel button until the screen flashes.

  3. Turn on the receiver when the screen is flashing. The light will turn green, flash red in a second, and turn green again.

  4. Click the mic channel to confirm when the receiver is on green light.

  5. If the K025 screen stops flashing and the indicator of the receiver turns green to red, the system has reset.

What Should I Do If K025 Doesn't Work?

The transmitter or receiver could not turn on

Use 1.5V Alkaline batteries. Make sure the battery polarity is correct and the battery door of the receiver is closed completely.

The receiver light is green.

That’s for it doesn't pair with the transmitter. For the mic and receiver not to sync, you can change new batteries or reset the process in the video below to pair the devices manually (2:30 to 5:49).

  1. Ensure enough power is supplied. Replace fresh batteries for both the microphone and the receiver.

  2. Change frequency. Unscrew the battery cover, one click the channel button to a new channel.

Still not working? Reset it

  1. Firstly, keep both the microphone and the receiver off. When using multiple wireless microphones, the other units should be off as well.

  2. Turn the microphone on, unscrew the battery cover, and press the channel button for three seconds to enter reset mode. The figures on the display remain the same, but the LED screen is blinking now.

  3. Turn the receiver on while the screen is flashing. The receiver indicator will flash green and red in turn and then turn green again.

  4. Pick up the microphone again and one click the channel button to confirm. The screen will stop flashing. The receiver indicator turns red when successfully paired.

The receiver light is red, but there is no sound being projected

Check if the plug of the receiver is loose (visible); change to another frequency; use the mic in the recommended distance (60 feet), and test the mic with another device if possible.
