Use fresh batteries for the handheld mic. After switching it on, does the K025 mic screen turn solid on?
If the receiver indicator blinks green, use the same freshness of AAA batteries. Then does it stay solid red?
If the indicator still flashes green, does resetting help?
If the reset doesn't work, before resetting, are both the receiver and mic off? During reset: does the mic screen blink after long-pressing the reset button?
