Use fresh batteries for the transmitter. After switching it on, does the mic screen turn solid on?
If the receiver indicator blinks green, use the same freshness of AAA batteries. Then does it stay solid red?
If the indicator still flashes green, does resetting help?
If the reset doesn't work, before the reset, are both the receiver and transmitter off? During reset: does the mic screen blink and 564MHz appear?
For the smartphone, is it connected through the included PHONE adapter? For the camera, is it a CAMERA adapter? If the speaker/smartphone/camera volume is turned up to a decent level?
