If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Take a quick look at common issues about returns and refunds. For more details, please refer to FIFINE Return Policy.

How Long is the Warranty?

FIFINE provides a one-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If you register with our warranty system, your warranty period will be extended by one year. For specific details, please refer to the information provided.

Return

How long do I have for the refund & return service?

You have 30 days from the date when the tracking information shows delivered to request a return or refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

How do I start a return & refund process?

To process your refund and return, customers must contact us at web@fifine.cc and provide any receipts or proof of purchase. Do not ship items to us directly without prior contact.

Please follow the steps below to return a product:

1️⃣ Contacted our email at web@fifine.cc with your order number and the reason for return. Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.

2️⃣ We will email you back to confirm the product condition. The customer will have the responsibility to help provide the information (pictures and recording) we require. Then we will give instructions for returning and a return number.

3️⃣ Ship your unused product in its original packaging to the address identified in our email.

⚠️ Note: The return shipping fee is covered by FIFINE only if returns are for defective products, products not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Whether a product is defective depends on the information provided by the customer (pictures and recordings).

For other authorized returns, you are responsible for shipping the products back. If you are shipping an item over $75, you can consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Which items can’t be returned?

  1. Gift cards and sale & clearance items are non-returnable.

  2. Bulk purchases (more than 5 items).

  3. Items ordered by mistake

  4. Items with obvious signs of use

  5. Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to FIFINE’s error

Can I return or exchange the bulk purchase?

If you purchased more than five products at a time and any are defective, we will provide a free replacement. If you decide to return the entire order, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the total, and you're responsible for the shipment back to the FIFINE local factory.

Refund

Which items can’t be refunded?

Usually, we'll refund when the items are returned, but here are some special situations:

  • Items with obvious signs of use, or any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to FIFINE error.

  • Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.

What condition must the item be in to receive a full refund?

To receive a full refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. If the item shows signs of use, it's not eligible for a refund.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

What should I do if I don't receive a refund?

First, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at web@fifine.cc.

Exchange

Which situations can I exchange?

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we will provide repair services, components, or a replacement.

  • For bulk orders of more than 5 items, if any item is defective, we will provide a free replacement.

Once a package has been shipped, order cancellation is not possible. If you refuse the package instead of arranging a return, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total. In this case, the refund does not cover the original shipping fee; only the product's listed price will be refunded.

Can I still return or get a refund if I've lost the packaging material and receipts?

If you wish to return an item, please retain all packaging materials and receipts. Discarding the packaging materials may affect our ability to file a claim and could result in your return request being rejected.
