Set up with an iPhone (0:13-0:32)
For older iPhones that have a 3.5mm headphone jack, connect the mic to the phone directly. For iPhone 7 and newer, a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter is needed.
Set up with an Android (0:33-0:56)
For Android phones that have a 3.5mm headphone jack, connect the mic to the phone directly. For the Android phones that have only a Type-C jack, a Type-C to 3.5mm adapter is needed.
If the phone's built-in video recorder app does not detect the mic, please install the app Open Camera on your phone. Then you can use the mic with this app for recording.
Use with a computer (1:02-1:11)
Plug the mic into the combo input directly. If your computer has the 3.5mm dedicated mic input,
Connect the mic to the computer via the included 4-to-3-pin adapter.
Use with a camera (1:12-1:26)
You need a 3.5mm TRS to TRRS adapter cable to connect it to a camera. Use the headset mic and lapel mic simultaneously? You can use a Y Splitter Cable and use it together. You can also use an extended cable if your camera is far away from you.
