Guideline for Setting the Game/Chat Balance Dial in H13
PC Setting
Connect the H13 Headset to Your PC.
Make sure the H13 is set as the default input and output device of your PC. You can set them in the “Playback” and “Recording” of the “Sound” settings in the computer system.
Software Setting
After the PC setup, you can set it up in your game software like CS2. Open the Game software, set the "Headset(fifine H13 game)" as the output device
Chat Software Setting
Then you can move on to the chat software setup, like Discord. Open the Chat software, set the "Speaker(fifine H13 Chat)" as the output device.
Tips: If you can't find the correct output device in the game software you're using. It may for there are too many output device drivers in your computer. You can disable some of them and restart the computer to test again.
How to Use the Game/Chat Balance Dial in H13
You can adjust the volume on the USB control Box for the game/chat balance dial.
The volume of game software will decrease when you turn the dial to the "Chat" side. When you turn it all the way to the "Chat" side, the game audio is muted.
You can feel a click when you turn the dial to the balance position. The volume of chat software will decrease when you turn the knob to the left. When you turn it all the way to the left, the chat audio is muted.
