Add new team members here or adjust their role (what they can see and do) and access to entities. You can mark team members as inactive to block their ability to login. Only after that you will be able to remove the user, by using the "garbage"-icon on the right. You can see the 2FA status and it is possible to require 2FA for all team members.

In summary it is the following:
Owner: can do anything
Accountant: can do anything, except for managing the Team
Reporting: can see Reporting & Working Capital, not make any changes in Setup
Stakeholder: can only see Dashboards & Financial statements
Stakeholder (basic): can only see Dashboards
Stakeholder (drilldown): can only see Dashboards, yet with drilldown option
Finstack also support custom roles. Please use the chat interface within Finstack to request a new role with permissions to your liking.
Pending invites
For security reasons invites are only valid for a specific period (14 days). This means they will expire. You can renew an expired invite and send the invite email again, by using the "refresh"-icon on the right.

How to set up access rights for the team?
In Setup > Admin > Team you can invite new colleagues or stakeholders in to the tool. To make sure we can limit what they see, Finstack uses Roles. Please find more details on these roles, by clicking the info icon next to the Role header in the table. If you need additional roles, please reach out as we can create custom roles for you.
Note that for Dashboards there is an additional access management, found in the Dashboard overview through pressing the Configure button.

Finstack sometimes sends emails to team members (for example for password resets or new team member invites). When these messages are not received, make sure to check your spam folder. It might take a moment for the messages to arrive; however if it is more than 5 minutes, please reach out to the support team using the chat interface in Finstack.

I want to suspend or remove a user
First go to Admin > Team. To suspend the user from logging in, go to Status and select "Inactive". Subsequently, if you want to remove the user, use the garbage bin icon on the right.
