Coach - cancel a client's program subscription.

How to cancel a client from your program

Steps

  1. Click on the program name from the main program list.

  2. Click on the active clients tab

  3. Click the ... option next to the client's name.

  4. Follow the flow to cancel your client's subscription.

Two options

  1. Cancel client's subscription immediately

  2. Cancel client's subscription at the end of their billing cycle (mirrors how it works if a client cancels a program subscription themself)

Coach can also:

  • Clicking on the client's name from the main client's list.

  • Click on the Program's tab

  • Locate the menu options to the right of the program name

  • Click cancel subscription.

Refunds

  • coach can issue a refund to a client at the same time as cancelling the client's subscription

  • e.g. if the client subscribed to the wrong program and asks the coach to cancel them straight away, the coach can cancel their subscription using option 1 (so no more sessions flow to the client) and offer the client a refund at the same time. The client can then sign up for the correct training program.

  • please note that the refund will be actioned on the last transaction of that program between the coach and client. For example, a client has been in your training program for 6 months. If you cancel their subscription and offer a refund, we'll action the refund against the 6th month. If you need to issue a refund for any month from 1-5, you need to head to your dashboard to do this.
