We have designed the manually add option for adding clients to a custom program so that you, the coach, can build their programming in their calendars before the client formally joins the program.

In effect you're putting clients in a holding area as it were, so you can schedule training in their calendar before they actually sign up.

Doing this means that once they formally sign up, they will have training in their App waiting for you.

IF you could only give training once they signed up to the program, the client may think that they are missing training when they aren't.

To add a known client into the pending area of the program to schedule training for them in advance, use the 'Manually Add' option when signing up the client.

Simply add their first, last name and email. Then click 'Add Client'.

Once added you'll see a success message appear at the bottom saying "Client successfully imported."

Press Next and then Start Programming on the next two pages. You'll be dropped into the Pending tab of the program:

You can see here that Joe Bloggs is now in the Pending tab. If you press the 'Add programming' action button on the right, you can start programming from your client.

Once you're ready to formally send your client the link to sign up for the program, click the send program invite button on the left.

This will send an email to your client to sign up to the program. Once signed up they will automatically move to the 'Active' clients list in your program on the coach side. You will also get an email and feed notification that the client has joined your program.

Please be aware that to ensure the system isn't full of empty accounts and to keep it efficient for all coaches to use, the system will automatically remove pending client accounts after 2 months if they haven't signed up.
